Be prepared and ready:

• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure timely services.
• Your lateness affects the rest of the appointments for the day, so please be on time otherwise a late fee will be charged.
• Please shampoo; condition and blow-dry your hair prior to your appointment if possible.
• For safety purpose, please refrain from bringing children to the salon unless a service is being rendered.

Cancellation Policy:

• To better service you as our clients and if you want to continue using our services, we ask for a 24 hours of notice for cancellation of appointments prior to your schedule of appointment.
• A $ 25 fee will be applied to your next services for all non-cancelled appointment within 24 hours.
